Procedure

It's easy, and this web site will guide you through the five simple steps.

  1. Create a client account and provide needed information. We treat all infomation provided as attorney-client communications, which are never disclosed to anyone without your prior permission. Privacy policy.
  2. Choose services.
  3. Make payment by major credit card or electronic check.
  4. Enter and verify information needed to produce your customized documents.
  5. Produce documents and instructions for execution, which are immediately available for viewing, printing, or saving from your browser. Documents are not legally effective until signed as instructed.

For your convenience, you have thirty days after preparation to revise each document, although the name of the person for whom a document was prepared cannot be changed.

Walter has been Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for over 33 years. His practice emphasizes probate and trust litigation; estate planning from simple to complex, large estates, including wills, trusts, estate and gift tax, generation skipping transfer tax, dispositive planning, related business formation and transactions, and pre- and post- marital property agreements. He serves as lead counsel and as a testifying and consulting expert witness on issues related to estate planning, fiduciary duties in the context of trust administration and other estate planning implementation, and attorney’s fees. From 1991 through 1997, he served as Associate Professor of Law at Texas Wesleyan (now Texas A&M) University School of Law. Walter graduated from The University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas.

He has made over ninety presentations for professional and lay groups on estate planning, estate administration, and the effective use of computers and systems in law office management including programs sponsored by the State Bar of Texas Professional Development Program, South Texas College of Law, the University of Houston Law School, the Internal Revenue Service Estate and Gift Tax Section, and the Dallas Bar Association.
